Therapist
Provide clinical therapy services for children, parents and/or groups regarding psychological or emotional problems for Impact Plus clients.

  • Supports and directs the treatment team which includes the behavioral health professional (BHP), case manager, parents and/or guardians, the child (when appropriate) and other individuals identified by the parents/guardians in the development and ongoing implementation of each client’s individual service plan, goals and objectives.
  • Interviews, assesses and completes all intake documents for new clients and their families.
  • Develops a Treatment Plan for each client outlining strengths, barriers, treatment goals, objectives and a crises intervention plan.
  • Provides all necessary individual and family therapy as indicated by the goals and objectives outlined on the Service Plan and the Individual Treatment Plan for each client/family in keeping with Impact Plus regulations.
  • Participates, supports and oversees all clinical aspects of service planning meetings as required and in keeping with Impact Plus regulations.
  • Evaluates clients’ progress on treatment goals and objectives in conjunction with the treatment team, client and family. Modifies and updates Treatment Plan as needed.

~Education Requirement:
Masters degree and current Kentucky licensure in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related mental health field or license eligible as required and approved by Impact Plus.

Therapeutic Support Worker
Provide intensive in-home work with identified client(s) and their families to carry out the service plan created by the case manager and treatment

  • Work one-on-one with children with behavioral problems on identified goals and objectives
  • Work with children in a community setting, in-home support (home or recreational activities) recreational and therapeutic activities
  • Work directly under a behavioral health professional/therapist
  • Part-time, flexible schedule
  • Must have 1 year supervised experience working with children/adolescents with behavioral health needs or one-year education from a college or university and 6-months experience working with children/adolescents in a human services program
  • All candidates must have a valid drivers license and good driving record

Support Services Supervisor
Coordinate and manage food service, housekeeping and maintenance services. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Plan and prepare nutritional, well-balanced meals & snacks
  • Ensure meals are in compliance with nutritional guidelines of state & federal regulations
  • Ensure that all procedures for disease control and sanitation are properly followed
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure the routine cleanliness of all facilities
  • Supervise maintenance staff to ensure that all buildings, grounds, equipment, machines, and vehicles are maintained and in good condition
  • Full-time, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; some weekends required

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior food services experience required
  • Must receive Kentucky Food Service Manager Certification
  • Requires sitting, standing, lifting, bending, reaching and use of a ladder
