The Information That We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Holly Hill Children’s Services website.
On some pages you can request information, make a donation, or submit a form. The types of
information collected on these pages are Name, Address, E-Mail Address, Phone Number, Credit/Debit
card information, etc.

The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself when fulfilling a request for information, making a
donation, or registering for a special event. We do not share this information with any outside parties.
We use e-mail address to answer the e-mails we receive. Such a d dresses are not used for any other
purpose and are not shared with outside parties. We make no effort to identify public users of our site.
No identifying data is collected or disclosed to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. Data that we
collect is used only for server administration and research.

This statement applies to interactions on the Holly Hill Children’s Services website. It does not apply to
e-mails sent to staff or lists. E-mail interactions are guided by general net-etiquette conventions. As is
typical we log http requests to our server. This means that we know the originating IP address of the
user agent requesting the URL. We also know the Referrer and User-Agent information accompanied
with an HTTP request. We do not log the specific identity of visitors. We occasionally analyze the log
files to determine which files are most requested and (the previous site or user agent which prompted
the request.) Our logging is passive; we do not use technologies such as cookies to maintain any

Logged information is kept indefinitely as administrative and research material. It is not disclosed
outside of Hilly Hill Children’s Services. Aggregate statistics generated from these logs may be reported
as of research results. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to

opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
