EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO RETIRE AND SUCCESSOR IS SELECTED
Friday, December 29, 2017

Connie Wong, the Executive Director at Holly Hill Children’s Services, has announced that her retirement will take place in June of 2016.  She began working at Holly Hill in 1987 when the facility was located in Cold Spring, KY and was a Residential Treatment facility for troubled boys and girls.  During Connie’s career, Holly Hill moved its Residential Treatment program along with its administrative offices to California, KY.  Holly Hill transitioned its Residential Treatment program to an all-girls program.  Holly Hill remains the oldest and only agency in Northern Kentucky that specializes in the treatment of adolescent girls in a residential setting.  To meet the needs of the community, Holly Hill developed programs to help children of all ages and their families in Northern Kentucky.  To better define the agency and the programs it offers, the name was changed to Holly Hill Children’s Services. Today, Holly Hill Children Services, with offices in California, Kentucky and Highland Heights, Kentucky offers five areas of programming to benefit families in Northern Kentucky.  In fiscal 2015, Holly Hill Children’s Services served over 2,100 children and families.

Upon learning of Connie Wong’s retirement, Holly Hill’s Board of Directors appointed a search committee to find her successor.  They are pleased to announce that Jonathan Adee has accepted the position of Executive Director and will start May 31st.  Jonathan is currently the COO of Tender Mercies, a Cincinnati non-profit that provides transitional housing for homeless adults. Jonathan has worked at Tender Mercies for 6 years, prior to that he was the Vice President of the Freestore Foodbank.
