CLINICAL TEAM

 
Derrick Trammell, LPCC-S, TCADC - Director of Clinical Services is a native of Covington, Kentucky and is the current Clinical Director of the Community-Based Programs. Derrick received his Master’s in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from University of Kentucky after a working in the human resources/ talent acquisition and management field as an Executive Recruiter. Derrick has significant counseling, industry, and private practice experience with children, adolescents, young adults and families who experienced trauma or other emotional difficulties. His experience includes intensive in-home, outpatient, and/or school-based counseling services. He combines his clinical counseling expertise with his business knowledge to offer a unique perspective of problem solving experience for his clients. In addition, Derrick provides Licensure Supervision for Holly Hill to professional counselors who are working towards independent licensure in the state of Kentucky. He is currently working toward obtaining independent licensure for chemical dependency.

Melanie Rasch, LPCC - Clinical Coordinator is a native of Blue Ash, Ohio and is the current Clinical Coordinator. She obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Valparaiso University and her Bachelor in English at Gustavus Adolphus College.  Melanie has been working with children for the past four years and has trainings in Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach and Motivational Interviewing. She enjoys completing assessments to help determine the best approach/treatment  for clients.

Lorna Shepherd, LSCW, TCADC - Director of Case Management & Supervised Visitation is a native of Monroe, Ohio and currently lives in Greendale, Indiana. She has earned a Master of Social Work Degree from The University of Kentucky. She has 24 years of social work experience working with children and families, in several different capacities, with various issues such as abuse and neglect, early intervention, residential, in-home, and school-based services. She has received training in Trauma informed care and working with sexually reactive behaviors. In addition, Lorna provides Licensure Supervision for Holly Hill to social workers who are working towards independent licensure in the state of Kentucky. She is currently working toward obtaining independent licensure for chemical dependency.

Sharee Allen is an MFT Associate, Art Therapist, and photojournalist who received her MA from Loyola Marymount University in 2015. She has clinical experience with homeless teens, children with special needs, groups, individuals and families. She loves working with high-need clients and providing behavioral intervention, fined that art therapy is often effective for these populations.

Colleen DelZotti, LPCC, TCADC is a native of Cincinnati, OH. Colleen practices in the Northern Kentucky area and resides in Cincinnati, Ohio. She received a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Kentucky University and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Cincinnati. Her main areas of interest and experience include: anxiety, anger management, ADHD, depression, substance abuse, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, and parenting skills/education.  In addition, she is currently working toward obtaining independent licensure for chemical dependency.

Nick Dikeos is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) and has been with Holly Hill since 2011. He has experience working with children and families in the community providing in-home services.
Stephanie Ganns, LCSW is a Northern Kentucky native and received her Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Stephanie has over 10 years of therapy experience including individual, group and family therapy, assessment, and diagnosis. She has experience working with children and adolescents with various issues and their families. Stephanie's specialized trainings include trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and parent child interactive therapy (PCIT).

Lori Mangan, LCSW is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio but currently resides in Northern Kentucky. Lori earned a Master of Social Work Degree from Northern Kentucky University and has more than five years of experience in the social work field. She is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Her clinical experience in the field includes individual, family, and group therapies with youth and their families. She also offers a unique perspective having been a foster parent and young adult mentor for many years. Lori holds specialized certifications in both Trauma-Informed Care and Juvenile Sexual Offending.

Beth Maryea, LPCA is a native of Maysville, KY and has significant experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and families. While pursuing her education at Lindsey Wilson College, Beth gained experience working with adults and adolescents suffering from PTSD, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia. Beth has worked in a community mental health setting as an in home/in school based therapist. This combination has provided Beth with a unique appreciation for community support systems. In addition, she is currently working toward obtaining independent licensure for chemical dependency.

Eileen Moore, LPCC-S, TCADC is a native of Falmouth, KY and has been with Holly Hill Children’s Services for over 27 years. She received her undergraduate from Northern Kentucky University and her Masters in Agency Counseling from Xavier University and is currently obtaining licensure in chemical dependency. She has specialized training in many areas including certifications in both Children with Sexual Behavior Problems and Juvenile Sex Offenders as well as Youth Mental Health First Aid and Foundations of Youth.  Eileen provides mental health treatment and support to a wide range of people including individual, family, and group. In addition, Eileen provides Licensure Supervision for Holly Hill to professional counselors who are working towards independent licensure in the state of Kentucky.

Pat Moore, LCSW is a Northern Kentucky native with a 1982 bachelor's in social work degree from Northern Kentucky University. Pat graduated from the University of Kentucky with a master in social work degree in 2000. Pat has been a Kentucky licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) since 2001. Pat received completed a Juvenile Sex Offender Counseling certification program in 2009, through the University of Louisville and Kent School of Social Work. Also in 2009, Pat completed a Marital and Family Conjoint Therapy certification program. In addition, Pat provides Licensure Supervision for Holly Hill for social workers who are working towards independent licensure in the state of Kentucky.

John Nerswick, Ph.D., LMFT is a native of Northern Kentucky and has been with Holly Hill since 2012. He has experience working with community-based services and private practice with children and families providing in-home and school-based services.

Troy Peace, LPCC is a native of Walton, Kentucky. He earned degrees from Pierce College, Lacey, WA, Psychology, AA; University of Maryland, Information Management Systems and Business Finance, AS/ BS; Saint Martin’s College, Tacoma Washington, Psychology, BA; Chapman University, MA, Psychology;  Army Leadership schools, Ft. Stewart, GA and Ft. Lee, VA. Troy joined the Army in 1984. And retired in 2004. Troy has significant experience working with active duty soldiers returning from Iraq, substance abuse, PTSD, group and individual with children with behavior challenges, past 5 years.

Allissa Phillips, CSW is a native of Toledo, Ohio but currently lives in Northern Kentucky. Allissa earned a Master of Social Work Degree from The University of Louisville. She is currently a Certified Social Work (CSW) but is working toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). At Holly Hill, Allissa is a Behavioral Health Professional. She has several years of experience working with children and families, in several different capacities, with various issues. She has received training in Trauma informed care and has extensive experience working with mental health issues.

Fonda Reis, CSW is a native of Falmouth, Kentucky and has been with Holly Hill since 2007 in various capacities. She has experience with community-based services working with children and families providing in-home and school-based services.

Sarah Riley, LPCC, CADC is a native of Florence, KY and enjoys working with children and their families as an intensive in-home therapist. Sarah graduated from the University of Louisville in 2009 with a Masters of Education in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling. She finds working with children and families is a difficult, but rewarding job because she enjoys seeing the success of children and their families achieving personal goals.

Angela Touchton
I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate (LPCA) in the state of Kentucky, practicing as a therapist in Northern Kentucky. I have a master’s level education in counseling and human development with a concentration in mental health counseling from Lindsey Wilson College. Before coming to Holly Hill, my experience included administering mental health evaluations to children in a private practice. I also have experience working with children and adolescents with diverse backgrounds and ranges of concerns. I have training in cognitive-behavioral and Adlerian therapies. I am a humanistic therapist, and work diligently to provide clients with tailored treatment plans that can be incorporated into their daily lives. My interests in counseling lie with trauma treatment, especially for those children who have become the victims of addiction in rural communities.

Deborah Verbrugghen, LPCA, TCADC is a native of Northern Kentucky. Deborah has over 4 years of counseling experience in Community Based Services. Deborah has earned a M.Ed., Counseling & Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College Colombia, KY and BA in Human Services & Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College Columbia, KY. Deborah’s areas of special interest include anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma/PTSD, gender/GLBTQ issues, multicultural issues, socioeconomic issues, ADHD and personality disorders.
