Meghan K. Ackerman
Meghan K. Ackerman, LCSW, MSSW, BHS Clinical Coordinator, 
grew up in Florence, KY. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with her Bachelors of Social Work. She went on to Graduate from the University of Louisville with her Masters in the Science in Social Work in 2008. Meghan has been practicing social work in the field of mental health for over 10 years and has extensive experience as targeted case manager, therapist, and clinical supervisor. Meghan uses a trauma informed approach in her direct practice and in clinical development of peers. She enjoys working with complex mental health diagnoses, co-occurring physical health and mental health, LGBTQA and toxic stress-related disorders. Meghan has experience in a variety of settings, but has a passion for in-home services and providing clinical supervision. Meghan also brings experience with grant writing, program development, and program management for acute and prevention levels of care to the Holly Hill Behavioral Health Services team.

Vickie Kennedy
Vickie Grey Kennedy, LPCC, Family Navigator, 
graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science and a double major in Marketing and Business Management in 1980 along with earning her MBS in 1986. She went on to earn her Masters in Pastoral Counseling in 2002 from Athenaeum of Ohio. Vickie has an extensive work experience from being a school based counselor to a licensed mental health and substance use therapist in very diverse settings. She has had intense training on Trauma-Informed Care, 7 Challenges and alcohol and other drug studies, including ASAM.

Ariana Larson

Ariana Warren, LPCA, NCC, Behavioral Health Therapist, 
is a native from Mason, Ohio. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wittenberg University in 2014 and went on to earn her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Kentucky University in 2016. She has significant experience working with children and adolescents who have PTSD, depression, anxiety, and behavioral challenges. Ariana has worked in both school and outpatient settings with children and adults. She loves to provide a supportive environment to help empower children to help themselves.

Sarah Reyes
Sarah Reyes, LPCC, Behavioral Health Therapist, is a native of Ashland, KY. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2010 from the University of Kentucky. Sarah went on to pursue her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2015 from Northern Kentucky University. After graduation, Sarah worked in a community mental health center that allowed her to expand her knowledge and skill set by working with children and adults with serve mental illness, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Sarah is excited to join the Holly Hill team and work with children and families once again!

Sarah Riley
Sarah Riley, LPCC, CADC, Behavioral Health Therapist 
is a native of Florence, KY and enjoys working with children and their families as an intensive in-home therapist. Sarah graduated from the University of Louisville in 2009 with a Masters of Education in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling. She finds working with children and families is a difficult, but rewarding job because she enjoys seeing the success of children and their families achieving personal goals.

Jessica Schworer
Chelsea Wayman, CSW, Behavioral Health Therapist, 
was born and raised in the Northern Kentucky area. She earned her Bachelors in Social Work from Northern Kentucky University in 2013. Chelsea has extensive experience with children in out-of-home care since earning her Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville in 2016. Chelsea has worked in the home and in schools with children and families for the last several years and is experienced in areas of treatment such as Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Domestic Violence, Mood Disorders and Trauma. Chelsea most enjoys working with children, focusing on building self-confidence and self-worth in a fun environment while managing symptoms and helping the family to best manage stressors. She has been trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing and often utilizes psycho-education with families.
